In a single-stage three-phase grid-connected PV system, a boost converter is not typically employed. Instead, the system usually comprises the PV modules connected directly to a three-phase grid-tied inverter. The inverter is responsible for converting the DC power generated by the PV array into AC power synchronized with the grid voltage and frequency. Control algorithms are implemented to ensure maximum power extraction from the PV array while maintaining grid synchronization and stability. Simulation of the single-stage three-phase grid-connected PV system in MATLAB enables comprehensive analysis of system performance, including efficiency, power quality, and grid interaction. This MATLAB-based approach facilitates the design, optimization, and evaluation of grid-connected PV systems, aiding in the development of reliable and efficient renewable energy solutions.
